Originally from New Zealand, I found my home on these Islands after spending time in Edinburgh and studying at the Edinburgh College of Art. I am a painter working in mixed media and digital to explore the built environment and the coastline around the Islands. My work offers a modern, sometimes bold take on these subjects and aims to challenge the viewer to think about the Islands' locations and landscapes.

I am interested in capturing structure and volume and creating a strong sense of form in the finished piece. My mixed media work includes the use of collage, acrylic, inks, oil pastels… and occasionally whatever else is to hand.
