Artist Statement
'My artistic inspiration comes from the deep connection I feel with the people and the land of the North West of Scotland. My experience of art continues to be joyful and rewarding.'
I'm self taught. with a lifelong interest in art. I love to paint and photograph the people and landscape of the Hebrides.
In 2019 I was involved in the commemoration of the Iolaire disaster, painting and exhibiting 106 portraits of those lost.
