I am a visual artist, making semi-abstract paintings in acrylics and through digital painting; I am particularly interested in organic shapes and textures found in nature, however I am more likely to push the boundaries of ‘natural’ by using vibrant colours. My practice whether painting in acrylics or digitally relies on my ability to intuitively represent the shapes and images in my mind and which I am surrounded by living in the Outer Hebrides.
